Burge Smith-Lyons is founder of Essence of Being, Inc. for 32 years. Since 1981 she has taught live transformational playshops for thousands of men, women, children, and companies on 6 continents with emotional and spiritual healing, self-development with many modalities including breathwork, kinesiology, emotional trauma release, Past life regression, energy release, hypnotherapy, & communication techniques, relationships, abundance, team building, and leadership development. She specializes in helping people identify their “Bubble Talk” — subconscious negative self-talk that blocks them from achieving what they want in life.

She has launched the Conscious Leadership Academy in North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe and is the founder of the Healing Forest Foundation, a non-profit which has built a school for over 300 kids in Liberia.
